Surprisingly Pleasant Stay

The staff was pleasant. The room was immaculate and warm, and it included blankets and an additional heater. The bathroom was also immaculate. Water temperature control was great, with really hot water on both the shower and sink taps (a welcome surprise!).
The room I stayed in was extra small. It was warm, but there was a wall fan. It did the job, but a small air conditioner would have been better.

The hotel is near a huge shopping mall (only minutes away). This mall offers tube access and many dining options. It has a variety of restaurants and cafes for quick meals or leisurely dining experiences.

the staff was friendly, and they were polite. a fridge in the room was a great benefit. the location was excellent, and i liked the area.
the decor seemed very tired. my room felt uncared for, and some floor planks didn't join up, which left quite large gaps. the curtain rail was wonky.

the window in my room did not close properly, i could hear noise from the busy street outside, making it difficult to sleep well.

I found the location provided many transport options. The registration desk operates 24/7 which was helpful. Staff cleaned the room daily and replaced used towels. The free WiFi was very fast and reliable .
The room was smaller than I expected and lacked space for luggage. This made it difficult to move around comfortably. A chair or table would have been a useful addition

The staff was friendly and accommodating (that's always a plus!). I requested a room with a window upon arrival and they managed to find one for me. The location was convenient, as it was close to transport links.
The walls were rather thin, so I could hear noises from the hallway sometimes.
